Terms of service

Shopping at Anekke is simple, safe, and guided every step of the way. From the very beginning, we provide clear instructions so you can enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience.

Purchase process

1. Explore and select your favorites
Browse our catalog, choose your favorite items, select the quantity, and click “BUY”.
In your cart, you can review your selected products. Once you’re ready, click “CHECKOUT” to continue.

2. Personal details and registration

  • If this is your first purchase, simply fill in the form with your details.

  • If you’re already registered, just confirm your shipping address.

3. Shipping and payment
Select your preferred shipping method and payment option. Before completing the purchase, you’ll need to accept our privacy policy.
Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive your order confirmation on our website and by email.


Payment methods

  • Credit or debit card: Pay securely with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro. Transactions are processed through your bank’s payment gateway; Anekke never stores your card details.

  • PayPal: You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s platform to complete the transaction and then return to our online store.

  • Scalapay (3 interest-free installments): Available in Spain and Portugal. Split your purchase into three equal monthly payments, without interest. The first installment is charged at the time of purchase, and the next two in the following months. Approval is subject to Scalapay; if rejected, you can choose any other payment method.


Shipping terms and conditions

  • Spain (mainland) & Portugal: Delivery in 24/48 hours once your order leaves our warehouse. During peak periods (Sales, Christmas), it may take up to 7 days. Shipments are handled by Nacex, and you’ll receive an SMS with your tracking number.

  • Balearic and Canary Islands: 5-6 business days. Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • European Union: 3-7 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 7-15 business days. Customs duties or additional taxes depend on each country and are the responsibility of the customer.

📌 For purchases outside the EU (or regions with special customs regulations), Anekke cannot provide specific customs information. If the customer refuses to pay these fees, shipping, customs, and return costs will be deducted from the order refund.


Address and tracking

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct before confirming your order. Anekke is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect information.
If you’re not at home, the courier will attempt a second delivery and, if necessary, deposit your order at a nearby collection point.


Returns and refunds

Return period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return by filling out the designated form.

Item conditions
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached. If your order included a gift, it must also be returned.

Procedure
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you detailed instructions by email.
👉 Please note: Anekke does not make direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another product, you must process a return and place a new order.

Return costs

  • Spain and Portugal: Returns are free of charge if the product is in perfect condition and returned to the same country of delivery.

  • Rest of the world: Returns are managed through our return portal. The cost depends on the customer’s country and will be deducted from the refund amount (you’ll be able to see the cost before confirming the return).

Refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, once we collect the package or once it has been dropped off at the designated delivery point.
