Legal Terms of the Giveaway

The company Sany Bags S.L., with registered office at Calle Aparadoras 7-A, CP: 03610, Petrer, and tax ID (CIF) B54534524, organizes this giveaway in accordance with the conditions described in these legal terms.

 

2. Start and End Dates of the Giveaway and Geographic Scope:
The giveaway will start on 5th December 2024 and end on 27th December 2024 at 12:00 PM. Only those who meet the participation conditions within this time frame will be eligible to enter.

The geographic scope of the giveaway is limited to Europe. The prize can only be redeemed and enjoyed within this territory.

 

3. Rules and Conditions for Participation:
Eligible participants are:

  • Individuals over 18 years old residing in Europe.
  • Instagram users with real accounts (no fake profiles, bots, or accounts solely dedicated to giveaways).

To participate, it is mandatory to:

  1. Follow the official @anekke.official profile on Instagram.
  2. Tag friends in the comments with whom you would like to share the dinner. You may enter as many times as you wish, tagging different people in each comment.
  3. Sharing in Stories is optional, but the more friends who find out, the better your chances of winning!

Employees of Sany Bags S.L. are not allowed to participate in the giveaway.

 

4. Winner Selection and Giveaway Mechanism:

  • The giveaway will be conducted using a designated platform on 27th December 2024.
  • 1 winner and 3 alternates will be selected in case the initial winner does not meet the requirements or fails to respond within the specified deadlines.

Sany Bags S.L. will verify that the winner complies with the established requirements. If not, the alternates will be contacted in the order they were selected.

 

5. Prize Value and Nature:
The prize consists of a dinner valued at up to €1,000, which must be held at the restaurant chosen by the winner. This amount covers the dinner cost only. Any additional expenses (alcoholic beverages, tips, transportation, etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner. The dinner must take place within Europe before the end of the year.

Prize Conditions:

  1. The winner must provide Sany Bags S.L. with the following information:
    • Details of the chosen restaurant (name, contact information, address).
    • Reservation information (date, number of attendees, dinner time).
  2. The winner is responsible for making the reservation, but Sany Bags S.L. will contact the restaurant to arrange the payment method. If the restaurant does not accept the payment terms, another venue must be selected.
  3. If the total cost of the dinner exceeds €1,000, the winner must pay the difference.
  4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person under any circumstances.
  5. If the winner fails to provide the required information within the specified time frame, the prize will be awarded to an alternate.

 

6. Fraudulent Activity Penalties:
Sany Bags S.L. reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who attempt to manipulate or commit fraud in relation to the giveaway.

Sany Bags S.L. is not responsible for technical issues that prevent participation in the giveaway, provided they are not attributable to the organization.

 

7. Personal Data and Privacy:
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform participants that the personal data collected during the giveaway will be used solely for managing participation and contacting the winner.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or delete their data by sending a written request to info@anekke.com. Data will be deleted once the promotion is concluded, unless required by law.

 

8. Claims or Incidents:
Any claims related to this giveaway must be submitted in writing to info@anekke.com by 01/10/2025. Claims submitted after this date will not be considered.

 

9. Giveaway Process and Winner Notification:
The giveaway will take place on 27th December 2024. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram on the same day. The winner will have 48 hours to respond and accept the prize conditions.

 

10. Acceptance of the Legal Terms:
Participation in this giveaway implies acceptance of these legal terms. Any expression of partial or total disagreement will result in the participant's exclusion, and Sany Bags S.L. will be released from any obligation to that participant.
